discovering that the white splotch on my favorite brown pants is, in fact, likely a result of a yogurt schmear and NOT a splat of bleach from the Tilex bottle.

Whew! I have had too many bleach-stained clothes to NOT have my heart skip a little beat when I see white on a perviously colored garment! Thank goodness it was only yogurt!
