WW seems to work for me. I've tried it a few times in the past, but never quite bought into the whole 'lifestyle change' element of the system. This time, however, I'm really beginning to see a difference in what I prefer and what I want to eat/do. I'd rather go take a walk than burn an hour on a tv show. So, for now it's working. I'm sure I'm going to hit a wall, in which case, I'll be looking for more support.

Congrats! I just started my "it's time to lose the baby weight" effort.
My mom has been doing WW for two years now. She has lost and kept off 50 pounds.
